The Bremer County Health Department will be offering foot clinics at the Sumner Public Library the 1st Thursday of every month.
Clinic is available to individuals 55+ years of age and/or significantly disabled who have difficulty with their own foot care due to vision, agility, or whatever detriments may prevent regualr foot care.

Fancy Fascinator Decorating: Thursday, May 2 at 5:30pm & Saturday, May 4 at 10:00am. It's time for Fancy Fascinator decorating for the Kentucky Derby Day on Saturday, May 4. Create your own unique fascinator, hair clip, or hat to wear for derby festivities throughout Sumner on the day of the race. Headbands, hair clips, glue, and decorations will be supplied. Those wishing to decorate their own hats must bring their own. Supplies are first come first serve. This event is FREE but, as always, donations are accepted.
